CONDITION New. Dust bag included. There is one minor scuff near the top right corner. One of the connecting carabiner links is not the original. I purchased it new from Clare V. it came with one missing carabiner. I contacted customer service & they send me a replacement. Unfortunately, it was not the correct size so I bought an off brand one that matched the size. The color match isn't exact but is only noticeable upon close inspection.
