CONDITION New with tag. This was a manufacturer sample. It looks like they considered adding a button to the cuffs but opted not to add one. There is a dark thread inadvertently sewn into the front trim. Some of the interior seams are not closed. They are secure but there are some loose threads that do not impact the dress & can be trimmed as needed. Please refer to photos.
