CONDITION Excellent. I am the original & only owner. I wore it on one occasion to a wedding. Super comfortable! I did have it professionally altered. The chest was a short loose ruffle all the way around. I had an amazing tailor sew it into the seam to create the ruched chest you see. I found it more flattering by defining the shape.
